Social Media Manager

About the Role: Are you obsessed with Instagram Reels, trending audios, and viral marketing? Do you speak fluently in memes and hashtags? We are looking for a highly creative and driven Social Media Manager to join The Social Buddies. In this role, you will be the voice behind our clients’ brands, building engaged communities and driving digital growth through innovative content.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute creative social media calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Content Ideation: Brainstorm and script engaging content (Reels, stories, carousels) that stops the scroll.
• Copywriting: Write catchy, compelling, and error-free captions that match the brand’s unique tone of voice.
• Community Management: Engage actively with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and build a loyal online community.
• Trend Spotting: Keep a close eye on the latest social media trends, algorithm updates, and viral formats, adapting them quickly for our clients.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track engagement metrics and analyze performance data to optimize future campaigns.

Who Are We Looking For? (Requirements):

• Proven experience in managing social media accounts (agency experience is a big plus!).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A highly creative mindset with a strong aesthetic sense.
• Basic knowledge of visual and video editing tools (like Canva, CapCut, VN, etc.).
• Ability to juggle multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Someone who is proactive, organized, and loves taking ownership of their work.
